Well in the wild concrete jungles of a town called Karachi, there is a Safari zoo. I believe the old zoo (Gandhi Garden/Karachi Zoo) was supposed to be moved here, but due to red-tape this never happened, and Safari zoo never became what it was supposed to be. But still there are some activities for the little one to enjoy.

Chair lift, train ride, bus safari, small children park, gardens, play area, etc are there for all to enjoy. THey have also opened up an adventure theme park, Go Aish, where you can enjoy some adventure sports such rappling, crossing rope brigdes, paint-gun fights, etc.

In the past they allowed you to take your own car into the safari land, but someone hit an animal, and people started to get out of the car so they disallowed. Now a bus, charging nominal fare, takes one into this safari

Highlight: While on the bus safari, we only saw minuscule of wild life. In one area where there were no animals to be seen, I saw some stray dogs, and exclaimed to my little daughter - "OOhhhhh, JUNGLE DOGS!" every one on the bus jumped from one side to another to see this wild dogs moozing and doing their business in the hot sun.

Safari Park
The name sounds that it is safari park but don’t fool yourself, its just a park nothing more. There are few bird cages of bird or may be few deer. Most of the time this park is heavily crowded and over the weekend avoid going up there. Its located in a residential area called Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
