Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: All types of clothes are available in the Market near the bus terminal in Dao and also at Nepo market in Angeles.
Polo - shirts at less than US 9
Jeans at less than US 10, Wranglers at 15
Underwear at less than US 2

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: All available at JJ's and Mercury Drug

Photo Equipment: All at Photoshop

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: At Nepo Mart

A: there is no real taxi service there - if you mean the regular cabs with meters. what they have are airport limousines (called airport taxi too) that costs from P300 up....
