I booked my flight via Cebu Pacific.....a few weeks before the date of the flight i was thanking GOD that i din't booked for the Philippine Airlines....(well we already know that at this time they are having some difficulties on their flight schedules...but i think it's getting to normal na)
I was booked on October 14 friday, because I am planning to do a hit and run trip for the Masskara highlights which is scheduled on october 14-15, 2011.
I was booked second to the the last flight of the day..its 3:50pm. I was supposed to be in Bacolod at 4:50pm. So there are plenty of time pa..i was expecting a 7:00 pm dinner at that time then came this delay scenario......
My flight was delayed for three hours......OMG....three hours sitting and walking then walking and siting in the terminal....whewwwww until now i din't know how I managed to stay at the terminal for five straight hours.......
Here's the catch the last flight going to Bacolod (well i got the second to the last......:)) was cancelled without any specific date....holly crap.....thank GOD i was not booked there......If I was there I don't know what will I do........
The whole Masskara trip was sabotaged.....knocked out in the first round..........(If I was in that Flight schedule)
Fun Alternatives: Much better if you will booked earlier......near to the check-in time of 12:00-2:00 pm
Mine was 2:00 pm....(the earlier flight available at cebu Pac is 10:30 am....which flew on time)

I bought my masskara Souvernir Php 120.00.......on the lacson street Saturday night.....Lacson street is the main street of the Party................
But when i went to the office of a friend (Aldritz near the old airport)...saw the Masskara same size.....for only Php 65.00 almost half the price.....
Vendor's will always know if you are not from there because of your inability to speak their dialect....thats why they will priced the item high.......
Unique Suggestions: I dint buy that Php65.00 Masskara souvenir when i saw it because i only have Php 100.00 in my pocket...because normally i dont bring my wallet if i will go to public places....with so many people around.....
And thinkking that i will see the same man/vendor in the plaza........in which it didn't happen........
But theres no freting on myside.......now I know whrere to buy....the next time I'm gonna be there...I will not buy masskara souvenir in the PLAZA...............:)
Fun Alternatives: Buy souvernirs at the San Sebastian Church there are many to choose from

We are going to Baralihan....for the floating restaurant...so we ride tricycle from Talisay Public Market going to the Floating Restaurants......then when I was about to pay the tricycle driver He said Php54.00 na lng......implying that he is good enough just to ask for the Php 54.00......
The catch is that the right amout should only be Php 28.00...Php 7.00 per person........screw the driver hahahahahhaaha.............(joke)
Unique Suggestions: Much better if you will ask some locals aside from the drivers about the right fare for the Public Utility Vehicle.....We did ask...but we askedthe wrong person (the Driver)
Fun Alternatives: The right fare some loals said should be just Php 7.00
I paid Php 28.00 pesos(from Baralihan to the tricycle terminal) or half the price i paid on the same route coming from Talisay Public Market................:)
But its a nice experience............as they say charged it to experience.................:);)

Unique Suggestions: Haahaaha I ordered an extra rice....and then when i am about to pay......the cashier looked at me......if it is right that im ordering two rice and one petchu........then she smiled.......when i was in my seat eating...i saw the eXtra rice man...he gave to someone for free...hahahahhahaha
Its not my first time to dine here....but am I beggining to be forgetful.......................:) or something has changed na.........in the Chicken Deli................;)

If it is Masskara festival (its my first time to attend) you will be surprised that some of the major roads here are closed...to give way for the huge event...............:)
Much better if you will ask the advise of the local where is the right route if your going to a specific place (i was in that position...last time....my flight was delayed going to bacolod for three days the i arrived at 7:30 pm...and io was supposed to attend a dinner with friends at Manukan Country....i was riding taxi....and good that my friend from Bacolod called me and give instruction to the driver where to take short cuts).......i arrived at SM Bacolod after 10 minutes from my hotel at Lacson Street.....:)
