Capitol Lagoon at night nice to stroll lots of people coming down here but its annoying to be always reminded to watch my bag and things due to some pickpocketers,woooow it makes me unhappy to cloud my mind and cant focus on taking picture of the place,best experience was celebrating the Chinese New Year 2013,they have the best entertainment ive ever seen compare to Cebu.The Chinoy in Bacolod was well organized compare to some other places and they give tikoy for free tilaw at chinese sorry forgot the name of the place......lol.
