The time we visited Baguio was the Panagbenga Season. Session Road that time was so very busy, the main avenue of Baguio City. It was closed to traffic and booths are set up in the middle of the street. At night there were natives dancing. At some side, bands of reggae are playing their music.

it’s a grate place to be at night, party till 4 in the morning, things only start up at about 11 or so but its gets packed fast. Entrance is about 30 pesos but goes up the more people there are, there are loads of bars for every ones own taste, most are free to enter but they can charge you more as it get more busy, like buy a beer to enter or something. inside most alcoholic drinks are about 100 peso in most of the clubs.
Saturdays and Sundays are the most busy it seems because most of the students have leave then.
Its easy to find, Philippians are very helpful, and most taxi drivers know where it is. Or people who driving with the taxi everyone knows where it is.
Dress Code: doesnt have one it seems because my friend went in shorts and i went in my PJ'S lol, thats a long story

Its full when we get here coz its weekend, usually people who love night life specially who love dancing will be here (students lounge) or some other clubs in this city. But this one is awesome even though its full you'll find the music tempting to dance, the drink is not that expensive and the atmosphere is okay not that smoky!. They also have clean bathroom in fairness!.
Dress Code: The place is cold but you dont need to wear jacket inside coz its warm!. So wear anything that u feel comfortable to dance with.

When evening comes, the vendors will set up their "stalls" along the walkway of Session Road. They will just either lay down a plastic mat or set up a foldable table ... display their merchandise and start their selling business. You can find lots of girls' accessories : bracelets, chains, necklaces, earrings ....... cheap!
See additional pics on walkway stalls
Dress Code: Casual but could get chilly some nights ... bring a sweater

We arrived Baguio on a Saturday night and as Session Road is the "happening" street of Baguio, we decided to explore the Road. It was indeed the "happening" street - it was really crowded not only with people, traffic was heavy too. Most of the people there consists of students and youngsters - lots of merry making. While walking along the street towards the SM mall we noticed a big crowd at one corner of the street. We moved along with the crowd and from far we heard loud music .... an open air concert! Some of the onlookers even stood beyond the road, causing the heavy traffic. Some, to get a better view, went up to the overhead bridge to watch the concert.
See additional pic on open air concert.

For a twist, enjoy the activities offered at Burnham Park at night. Boating is more romantic and peaceful considering the lesser number of people plus the newly-installed colorful lighting around the park's lagoon. The cold breeze blowing tells you to row harder to beat it. Basically, it would be comfortably tolerable as long as there's an activity, so just keep on moving. Afterwards, take a walk around the park and have a break with that hot "balut" or "taho" (there are vendors around) - a satisfying treat to wrap up the night.
My 3 growing-up kids enjoyed this.
