Taxi rates in baguio: plug down = 25.00, rate per km (2.50). its this cheap because taxi there does not use aircon. which is why the city is less polluted and eco friendly. :D

It takes about 6 hours to get to Baguio from Manila. Fare is about 270 per person or $6 / P270 via Victory Liner. The best is to leave manila round 1:00 am and reach Baguio round 6 or 7 am .

Kennon Road is the old route up the mountain to Baguio. It's been replaced by the Marcos Highway as the principal route in and out of the city.
