Luggage and bags: bring a wheelie or a backpack, whatever suits your fancy
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: clothing - as you never know when it's gonna turn suddenly very cold in baguio, it never hurts to bring a sweater. rainjacket a definite must during rainy months - june to november.
shoes - as the terrain goes up and down, it's best to wear comfy loafers or tennis shoes
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: baguio has a number of convenience stores and malls as well as hospitals or pharmacies, so you can rest assured you can get your medical needs there

Luggage and bags: Any luggage or bags will do. But it would be better to get those backpackers since they are easier to carry.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Warm clothing is a must especially if you're planning to visit during the months of July to January. Bring umbrellas too. During the summer, light clothing could be used although it could still get windy.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: There are lots of pharmacies around but it would still be wise to bring your own medical supplies
Photo Equipment: If you're a certified photo buff, I'd stronly recommend bringing a spare since photo equipments aren't that many here. Sure you have some Nikon and some Canon cameras but they're the old fashioned ones. Add on features are rare. And don't forget those films. We only have the standard Kodak 100, 200 and 400, Fuji 100, etc. for SLRs.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: If you wan to go camping, there's Mt. Pulag which is several kilometers away from Baguio. Bring your own camping gears and bring a tent even if you already have a sleeping bag. Icicles are common in the morning and winds can blow off your tents if they're not properly secured.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Baguio weather is colder compared to the areas in the plains. While you can probably walk around in light clothing during the daytime, come night time, the temperature drops so bring along a jacket or cold weather gear.
