Every year since third year high school, one of my friends would invite our group of friends to their house in Cadiz to celebrate the Dinagsa Festival. Since Cadiz is a small city, we would spend the whole day walking around and visiting our other friends' houses. If you don't want your face to get covered in paint, then you wouldn't want to be here during their fiesta because that's what everybody goes there for--to get their faces, arms, hair and clothes covered in paint! Of course, there is also the street dancing, which is also a major attraction. You can also buy souveniers in their public plaza and get henna tattoos.
