The Cagayanons have this Night Cafe in the middle of the place called Divisoria.They close this to the traffic and people set up their turo-turos with chairs and tables on the road previously for automobiles in the day with different foods ready for grilling. There's also bands singing on stage while you savor the food you ordered.
Dress Code: No dress code required,just you and your hungry stomach.
