The flagship store of Guess is at the Glorietta Mall at Ayala Center. It is quite a large store with predominantly Guess jeans and some casual and party tops for women. Also hot shorts and colourful shoes & accessories. (In KL & Singapore, the focus is more on dresses such as Guess by Marciano - tunics and flirty short dress, evening chic and hot slinky silk dresses, but I did not find any dresses here).
The cutting of the jeans fit me very well-so I think they may have a modified Asian cut.
Besides the style and cutting, the choice of colours were very good-formal dark blue, light blue jeans-faded in the right places,
There is also a large mens selection-again, the focus is on denim jeans & t-shirts, rather than dressy shirts.
What to buy: Guess jeans-the price here is approximately 20-30% lower than in KL or Singapore but the styling is a bit different. The Guess I picked up in Singapore and KL is made in China, but guess the one I bought in Makati is made in the Philipines.
What to pay: From 3,000 pesos onwards (US$71) (exchange rate is approx: 42 pesos to US $1) for a pair of jeans

Shopping is one of the things tourists love about the Philippines. One of Asia’s cheapest and largest bargains are found in the Philippines. Bargains in the Philippines are cheaper compared to the bargains in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prices of the goods for Philippine bargains are comparable to the ones in Thailand and in China. Not only are the products available, they are also of good quality. Three of the biggest shopping malls in the world SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA are all located in the Philippines. Other well-known shopping malls are Robinsons, Greenhills in San Juan, Greenbelt, Glorietta, PowerPlant Mall in the city of Makati, TriNoMa and Gateway Mall in Quezon City, and The Podium in the Ortigas Business District.

Tiendesitas is like a one stop shop (more like a place). It divides the variety of its trade through "villages". There's the food village for the hungry pack, furniture village that provides many types of wood and ceramic made furnitures, the pet village for the animal lovers and the tiange. A place where retailers of clothes are seen. My first visit here overwhelmed me because the place is nice and cute. I enjoyed my tour here and hope that you'll do too.
What to buy: though a bit expensive, you can find good buys of wood furnitures, philippine fruits and native goods, novelty items ect..
What to pay: As much as you want

Capital City of the Philippines

Manila is underrated as a tourist destination. It has fun places to go to. And plenty of history and art also. This is a picture of Intramuros at night.
