Luggage and bags: The weather conditions in the country changes every day and you may not know what might happen. often, the weather is just so fine in the morning but immediately it rains while the sun is still shining.

just be ready when rain pours, so always bring an umbrella.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: shirt, shorts or pants are the applicable clothes. For footwear, Slippers or rubber shoes will do.
cap or sunglasses are recommended especially when the sun shines brightly.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: when outside the city, there are only a few opened drugstores, so always bring a medicine kit or toiletries like tissues, wet wipes, etc.

Miscellaneous: if you're out of celphone battery, be it a Samsung, Sony Ericsson, iphone, etc. you can just drop by in a 24-7 convenience stores like 7-eleven store or Mini Stop or in Burger King, they have this recharging machine applicable for any branded celphone units. in the convenience stores, you have to drop a 5 Php coin on the machine's slot to begin the recharging for 10mins. While in the Burger King it's free of charge. But be sure not to leave your phone while recharging.

Luggage and bags: Be sure to bring your umbrella with you when going there late in the morning or early afternoon-so that you can stay in the outdoor portion ( its like a mini park its open with falls and aquariums )

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Just wear anything that is comfortable-rubber shoes is the best, you need to go up a few stairs going inside the main attraction and going out.

Miscellaneous: Operating Hours
Manila Ocean Park is open from 10am – 9pm, Mondays through Sundays.

Luggage and bags: if you're going island hopping, better to bring backpacks with you than a wheelie. roads in provinces are often dirt roads or not so well paved.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: summer is sizzling hot - bring ultra light clothes, cotton fabrics, and short sleeved shirts and light pants or shorts.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: most toiletries and medicine are available in cities. convenience stores abound in every street corner and pharmacies can be found even in provinces. however, for special medication, it's advisable to bring your own.

Miscellaneous: cellphones:
bring an open line cellphone which can accept any operator's simm card. When you arrive just look for a prepaid sim kit from globe or smart. They ranges from 100-200 pesos (US $3.6 only) only with 100 pesos initial load. Then get cellphone call cards and be connected almost anywhere you are in the philiipines. Local calls are 6.5-13.00 pesos per minute, and idd calls are US $40 cents a minute. Its much cheaper than roaming rates of your telco provider. Some sim card even give you a complementary fried chicken meal at any jolibee fastfood outlet
