Jam's is owned by a local businesswoman who is into fish processing and exporting. It's a given that she serves only the freshest and the most tasty seafood to her clients. its specialty are tuna dishes. Not to be missed is the Chicken Tinola (chicken soup with unripe papaya).
Favorite Dish: Grilled Tuna Jaw - this local delicacy when grilled to perfection should be eaten with bare hands. You should dip it into a sauce mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and lemon as locals do. The secret marinade must be the key to its tender, succulent taste.
