Traveling is like having an Adventure yourself. That's the whole thing about it.My first trip to the Philippines was the most exciting thing for me because I was going to a new country, to learn new things, a different culture and to appreciate what this country could offer you. The fondest memory for me was being with my love Minnie and enjoying her country for 2 weeks!

SMILE!!! Filipinos love to smile a lot. They are warm and friendly and hospitable. But be cautious enough! Always gaurd your belongings. You could never be safer than your home. :) What I miss most when I'm away from my native land are the foods, jeepneys, the beach and Makati!

SMILE!!! Filipinos just love to smile a lot. When you're in the Philippines and you smile at someone, he would smile back at you. That's what Filipinos are...smiling. :) When I'm away from home I miss the food, the jeepney, and the beach. I've been to Australia last year. Their beach is nice and the waves are great, but I think nothing compares to the Philippine waters. And the food...talk about manga and bogoong. Hmmm...YUM! YUM! :9 And who wouldn't miss the jeepneys? It's the common mode of transportation of Filipinos where you sit side by side and your elbows touch.Philippines is just a wonderful place!

I insist that you visit the southern part of the islands. Places like the Boracay Islands and the Aman Puloin Palawan. Most spectacular beaches in the world. My fondest memory... is the people. They are warm and kind and so hospitable. Ever so excited when visited by tourists from other countries. They actually show us to places without being paid. They said they are happy if we are satisfied.

Go to Baguio City, the summer capital (I was born there); Go to one of the countries' white sand beaches(e.g. Boracay, Puerto Azul, Hundred Islands, etc.), Enjoy the food and make friends...Filipinos are probably the warmest and friendliest people in the world. Well, since I spent my first 24 years of life in Baguio City mostly as a student, I have tons of unforgettable memories of the Philippines. What stands out is the relative slowness of time...no hurry to go anywhere. You actually had time to wonder what to do next.

Go to the Beach Resorts! It's a magical experience. We have beaches all over the country, from North to South. The Filipinos. Filipino people are very hospitable. Foreigners are very much accepted by the people. You can have true friends in a short time of stay.

Go to the beach! So many islands and so many beautyful beaches. It is almost like a dream... Digging in the sand is a very healthy thing to do, especially if you are a grown up. Sometimes i just make holes with my toes, but occationally arts appear out of the sand. A classic is the sand castle.

I would go to Tagaytay and Lake Taal, a volcanic crater with a lake holding an island that has a lake that has an island.Just walk around Manila to meet people and feel the vibrancy of the city. By far, it's the people. Along with the Thais, among the warmest and most hospitable people I've met anywhere. And Filipinas are some of the most beautiful and pleasant women anywhere. Along with Thailand, a potential spot for my retirement in a few years. Great food and fruits.

You must get around by Jeepneys, they are just so cool! I wish we had them in Canada. If you are going to travel around Luzon, you must go by Auto Bus Transport Systems Inc. From Manila to Santiago it will cost you about 295.00P. Say 'Kumusta' to my father in-law Johnny Mabborang, he will be you bus inspector. My new family! I was just married in the Philippines. I really miss the kindness of all the people!
