Like In typical Domestic and International Airports All over, The Iloilo International Airport has a designated Smoking Lounge and there are two of them located at both ends of the departure area. This ZOOZ WOOL Cafe (is the designated smoking lounge) is located at the EASTERN End of the Departure area and is the designated smoking lounge (the other one if the Hot Hugz Cafe at the other end and Both have the same owner as both has the same menus but with different ambiance) but it also doubles as a cafe cum restaurant. It has quite a number of coffee selections ranging from Iced coffee to hot latte to hot cappucino and other assorted fruit juices like kalamansi juice or orange juice and a limited number of entrees for the really hungry. The Breakfast Area of the Smallville 21 hotel is located at the second floor of the hotel and is conducted at the assorted function rooms in the second floor. If you bought your room with a breakfast, they will give you breakfast coupon upon check in and you can have your breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:00 am everyday. For those without breakfast rooms, they charge 300 pesos for a breakfast buffett of which the food is filipino with limited choices (5 to 6 food choices) with powdered juices and brewed hot tea or coffee. the breakfast items are changed everyday but are usuallylocal filipino breakfast items like beef tapa, longganisa, daing na bangus, pork tocino, sunnyside eggs, american loaf bread, some fruits like wintermelon, pine apple, watermelons and brewed coffee and tea.

Since we were not familiar with the restaurants in the city yet, we decided to go to Robinson's mall on our first day to look for any restaurant that will fancy our hungry tummies. We saw Hongkong Kitchen and the pictures of their Chinese cuisine instantly appealed to us. Once inside the restaurant, I instantly felt the Chinese atmosphere. The interior was very attractive, with the red-painted walls and big pictures of Chinese food. Their black and red Chinese lamps as well as the red-cushioned chairs contrasted well with the bright walls. I looked over their menu while waiting for our order. We wanted to try Ilonggo dishes, but we didn't want to eat in the stalls outside during the Dinagyang Food Festival. We saw Dapli Restaurant which is owned by the owner of Breakthrough, a popular restaurant in Villa. Since we ate at Tatoy's instead of Breakthrough, we thought we'd give Daplis Restaurant a try. The restaurant serves native food, and specializes in seafoods and Ilonggo dishes. We peeped inside first to see their entrees which are on display in foodwarmers and serving plates laid out in a food showcase (ala "turo-turo" or fastfood style). They all looked good, so we decided to line up...but the queue moved at a snail's pace and I noticed diners with food trays standing up for a long time, waiting for tables to be cleared.
