Favorite thing: travelin' sleepless hasn't been this fun.. the farms that we were passing were total detox to an overused cerebral machine. no matter how summer sizzles here, you'd still thank God for the AIR so fresh and dunno .. but I even smelled it. amazingly.. fragrant.
in the city proper there were old churches, houses and other buildings that we saw. this place seemed simple but as you go further and farther.. you'll realize - it's not one of those typical cities that you've been to.
Fondest memory: the view of "it". in addition..every municipality that we stopped smells the same to me. good. I'd like to travel going to and around laoag for hours.. joyride is cool to do here.

Favorite thing: Nice place to use as a jump off point to other interesting places in Ilocos. It is within one hour drive of Pagudpud - great beaches, Batac - hometown of the late President Marcos, Vigan - in Ilocos Sur, where pottery is an art form, and other small towns of equal interest.
Fondest memory: Bagnet with sukang Ilokos. Not for the faint of heart. :o)
