Aaah, always bring a toilet paper

Although the public bathrooms (restrooms) now are very clean in most part of the region, make sure to pack a roll of toilet paper with you and put it in your purse. If not always make sure that you have enough in your pocket just in case you needed to go to the bathroom.There are no toilet papers in bathrooms in most bus terminals except when you go to a private place or a restaurant where their bathrooms have toilet papers. There is always a faucet in the bathroom with a pail. You can carry the pail of water to the toilet and make sure that you have a handtowel with you all the time and of course, soap!

Tricycle Rates

Tricycle rates from the Airport to Legazpi proper is 60pesos. We walked outside the airport area, just along the road and managed to ride a tricycle for 35pesos, in which the driver only reluctantly relented when he saw that there are no other passengers left but us. Then he dropped us some 5 blocks away from our hotel. Hmp. Another incident was when we rode a tricycle from Legazpi Tourist Inn to Waway's which cost us 25pesos. Hay...According to the locals, their rate is only 8pesos for the first 4kms.

Overpriced Fare of the Tricycle Ride

I was looking for the hotel, since i don't know the route going to the hotel i decided to ride in a tricycle.....when i got off the driver ask for 50 pesos for the ride.... imagine 50 pesos! never ride in a tricycle! the best way to get in the place within the city is just ride the jeepney....the fare is only 7.50 pesos! And besides the driver were ever helpful when asking for the directions.
