My love affair with Lipa's Siopao Asado (roast pork) started several years ago when I read a newspaper article about a home made dumpling being sold in Lipa City.
In our next trip, we tried hard to look for it. Expecting to find a store or restaurant, we were surprised to find an old house instead. It turned out that the family business is concentrated solely on making dumplings for take out orders.
Favorite Dish: My favorite? It's definitely Siopao Asado. The dough is soft even when cold. And the dumpling is filled with roast pork.
