i was talking to a local who's attending her store in tagalog (phils. national language) but was surprised that she replied to me in english........
that's because they have their own dialect and it's easier for them to converse in english rather than in tagalog.....ofcourse it would be a lot better if you can speak in their native tongue *winks*.......
so, english-speaking people nothing to worry!

I was blown away by how well Sagadans speak English. =D Even better than some of my fellow Filipinos in Manila. They'd rather converse in English than in Filipino. Nosebleed nga ako eh! hehehe.
