We were bound for Sabang-Caramoan early morning of the following day so we decided to rest and didn't explore the night spots anymore. If you have more time when you go to Naga City, you have a lot of options to enjoy Naga City by night. I was told there is no strict dress code in the night spots, but of course, you'd like to look presentable, not necessarily clad in formal attire; clean, decent clothes will do.
