Avoid visiting this place when it's raining. Although it's only a rainshower, we experienced a thrilling flash flood on the falls. It cause us to panic and made my nephews terrified. We are trapped on the other side and cant get accross because the water current is too strong. It changed the water color into brown. No locals gave us a warning.
I've been in Naga - I will not recommend this place. Taxi Drivers are charging their passenger way too high. The fact that you're a Filipino, they dont even care - From SM City to CWC - they will charge you $450 pesos (duh?) and from SM City to Naga Airport they will charged the fare times 2 (because they said it's already out of Naga) I am really disappointed with Bicolanos. The best place to travel so far was Puerto Princesa in Palawan.
Avoid visiting Mt. Mayon when it's cloudy - youre not going to see the beauty of it. Best time to visit should be early in the morning or late afternoon.
