I love the Cowboy Grill in...

I love the Cowboy Grill in Manila. The bands are excellent musicians, but the style is a bit too pop for my tastes. However there is always a fun, friendly, lively crowd that always seems to welcome one more to their table. (It's always crowded and you will usually get wedged into a table of very 'spirited' Filipinos who will immediately become your best friend. Typical Philippines: wear long pants (jeans, esp. faded / ripped and shorts are trademark of a 'sloppy' tourist) and at least a nice T-shirt. The better you dress the more respect you will get. Remember, as Western as the Philippines appears, it's still Asia and face counts; the more respectable you appear, the more respect you get.
