If you are a cOngee mammal.. you should visit Arby's. Their serving of plain congee alone can get you full tank not discounting its good taste pa.. They also serve goto,rice toppings of beef and chicken and other mura meriendas.. so if you are in Olongapo taz ur on a tight budget or you simply want to go congee for snax.. ehdi mag Arby's.
Favorite Dish: Their P20.00 congee.. it's what they're famous of.

Saulog fare is cheaper than Victory but am telling you.. pray a lot before the driver leaves
the terminal..lol! it's P161 from sm north to Gapo and vice versa. if you are in a hurry take this saulog ride to manila. the manong driver could "SSSSoarRRRRRRRRRRR" and get you there in just 3 hrs..

of all the places I've been.. onLy Olongapo has the fun trAnsportation system.. you will never ever get lost here as long as you know, at least, the exact (name of) place you are going to.. you won't need much directions to consider just this:
bLue jeep - Barreto (P7.50)
red jeep - Mabayuan (P7.50)
orange jeep - along Gordon Avenue (P7.50)
yellOw jeep - along Magsaysay and Rizal Avenue (P7.50)

even their tricycles are color coded but they could still take you on special service to your destination even if it's not their designated route (P15.00).

from Manila the regular fare for Victory airconditioned buses (even Saulog) is P165.00 plus P5.00 for insurance chervagh if your riding from the bus terminal. Chance passengers still pay P165 (just that no more insurance).

If you search in the internet, you will get the info that from Manila you can take a boat from PCC pier to Orion and from there a fast air-con bus directly to Olongapo and Subic Bay Freeport Zone. WRONG !!!
The above info is old and not valid any more. The boat is still running but there is no fast air-con bus.
The best way is to get a fast air-con bus directly from Manila to Olongapo - SBFZ.

I didn't expect to visit this shop but I had. Anyway, after choosing a phone, I was not able ... to pay by credit card (was rejected several time), nor cash (credit card rejected in the ATM) and after my 1st visit to a money changer (euros not accepted).
The 3rd time was the right one (an other money changer) after may-be 30 minutes between my OK and the effective payement.
The staff was always comprehensive and friendly even if they already strated to... repack the phone after my 2nd come back.
What to buy: Cellphones + accessories (batteries, ...)
What to pay: According to my understanding, price are cheaper in Olongapo/Subic compared to Manila
