Since I have friends who owns condominiums here, I can stay at them for free for a few days. this condominium is called the SEA Residences, which is located near the SM Mall of Asia, it is a 14 storey mixed use condominium made by the SM Company.

If you plant to rent condominiums here, prices are 25,000 pesos a month for a 28,50 square meter studio unit with parking as monthly rent for 1 month.

    according to their website:

Sea Residences is a modern tropical-inspired mid-rise condominium located right at the heart of the Mall of Asia Complex.

Sea Residences is a bold new concept in condo living as it allows its residents to experience year round “staycation” where you live in a resort like splendor, right in your home at the city. Set against a backdrop of the awe-inspiring sunset of the Manila Bay or the stunning Makati skyline.

Visit the Shrine of Jesus at SM MOA Complex

by cyndymc Updated Jan 2, 2009

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

We discovered a small church called "The Shrine of Jesus- The Way,The Truth & The Life" after our shopping & food trip at SM Mall of Asia. This spiritual center with a very long name is an architectural beauty inside and out. Its doors are open to the public - to the tired and weary soul, as well as to the simply curious one. Decent clothes are recommended though: No-no to flesh-baring attire like short shorts, tank tops, etc.

It was particularly awesome and more beautiful during the past Christmas holidays, with its Christmas lanterns, lights and changing color spotlight.

    Mall of Asia by Night

by mikoykoy Written Jun 30, 2007

It is really worth visiting the Mall of Asia either during the day or night. If you will stay until night, music lovers would enjoy listening to live bands especially during the weekend. 2 stage temporary stage were erected for the gigs of the bands. These can be found at the west side of the Mall (fronting Manila Bay).

Sometimes there are also live performance at the North side (near SM Hypermarket).

For those who want to just stroll around, just sit and relax and enjoy the facade of the Mall which is brightened by the different spot colored spotlights.

Shrine of Jesus the Way, the Truth and the Life

by mikoykoy Written Sep 10, 2006

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Prior to the opening of Mall of Asia, this is the only building here in the reclamated area. Church goers can experience solemnity while praying inside the church because of tranquil surrounding. I hope that will still be the same now that the place was commercialized with the opening of Mall of Asia

The church was said to be built also by the Sy family (owner of SM Mall of Asia).

Wearing of shorts, sleeveless shirt and sleepers is not allowed in the church.

Travel the whole Philippines in this Heritage Park.

Unfortunately, the park was reduced in land area to give way for future development of some government projet. There was a plan to relocate the said park at the reclamation area at Paranaque City but until now the project has not started.

The only area left was the Mayon Volcano.
