Kitaro: Yummy & Affordable Japanese Delights

by nixca316

Kitaro is a Casual Dining and a bit like a fast-food place. It serves authentic Japanese and fusion meals. The taste is competitive and the service is good.My motto is, if they are nice to my autistic brother, they are worth another try. They have branches all over the metropolis, Baguio, Pampanga, and Bulacan. This particular branch has a warm atmosphere, even when it's full. Well, maybe it's just me, but I felt welcome and I felt the sincerity of their service. When people are sincere, they deserve a good tip.:)Visa and Mastercard are acceptedPrices? Very reasonable. *sushi and noodles*The Bento meals are great value for money*The maguro salad is to die for*The salmon head aradaki*The cream dory steak

The Chewy Junior SOHO Express Cafe: Enjoying sweets with lesser guilt!;) +yummy pizza

by nixca316

“Let’s bake ‘em and not fry ‘em” (Chewy Junior Motto) There is no such thing as a guiltless dessert, even if lots of places would claim it. Being a "regulated" diabetic, I can enjoy sweets once in a while and I know for a fact that not all those labeled "sugar free" products are safe. This place may offer safe sugar free stuff (like their gelato) in the future, but the products they have now are safe for those once-in-a-while treats. Caveat for the diabetics: Not too much, OK? It's still made of sugar. I have been seeing a branch of this joint in Greenbelt 3 (3rd floor near the cinema queue), but did not give it the time of day, until I heard my friends talk about it. They were raving about how the cream fillings weren't oily, et cetera, et cetera.I had to try it.We had a great time tasting cream puffs with delightful fillings and toppings to boot.As I interviewed Myrna, one of the...
