    How to do this activity: You will be offered everywhere while walking either along the beach or even at the side streets of Bora. Just take time and find more than one offers. Also get informations from your hotel. We took the one who we found very symphatic and friendly. Her name is Barbie, a good looking young lady of mid-twenties. She accompanied us to the Island ATV(all terrain vehicle) Rental and after filling up the forms we started the ride with a guide(in preis included).
    The rides was fantastic through rough roads going up to the highest peak of the island, MT Luho. This is a must to do!
    Preis: PPH 1500 per pax

    Prices as of March 2010:

    Jetski = P1,400/ 30 mins/ jetski. Can accomodate 2 people per jetski

    Reef Walking = P500/person. You will be under water for 20 mins

    ATV = P500/person/ 1 hour.

    Buggy (like ATV but can sit 2 people) = P800/vehicle/1 hour

    ** these are the initial prices that the locals introduce to Filipinos (take note, they charge foreigners on a much higher rate!!!). try to befriend them at first so you can ask for a discount especially if you are plenty in your group ;)

    This was surprisingly the best activity that we've tried at bora... Surprising since it's not a water sport. It's P1,500 for 30 mins. We haggled so we got it for P800 each. The track led us to the top of mount luho which had a beautiful view of the whole island.

    ATV ride is motor rent for 600 pesos per hour. You can have 2 hours if you like but I suggest 1 hour is enough. The 600 pesos is just a motor rent plus entrance of the 2 stops on your way going up.
    Stop 1 - Aviary for 70 pesos. It's a bird aviary with just few of the Philippine birds. Not much extra ordinary except for the BAT cage where you can hold them.
    Stop 2 - Ocean tower for 50 pesos. It is one of the highest point in Boracay Island and you can have a look at the 360 degrees view of the entire island.

    AVT is a motorbike and it requires you to have drivers license just to make sure you know how to operate basic motorcycle. However, in such areas like this, the authority is not particular at all so you can still do AVT without drivers license.

    There will be a briefing for 5 mins before the actual ride. To teach you how to operate, to let you know the 5 stops and safety precautionary measures.

    There are plenty of fixers offering you ATV from prices ranges to 500 offpeak season and 1500 if you book right in beachfront areas.

    If you're interested to do this, just ride a "single morotrbike" -motorcycle as a mode of transportation, then ask to take you to ATV and they all drivers know that. The cost if 30 pesos per person. You can go directly at the information center for fix 600 rate whereas beachfront offers are flexible which can be as high as 1,500 pesos

    ATV Rides

    What's the best way to explore the Boracay? well with a ATV of course, they also have dune buggies that can be rented by the hour to explore the dirt roads criss-crossing the hills in Boracay’s north end. Places like Tanawin Viewpoint and an aviary can be reached via ATV.
