    Outriggers are what you take to Boracay from the wharf in Caticlan. Prepare to get your feet wet - the gangway goes down into the surf.

    If you have a fear of flying, the small planes going to Caticlan are perfect for therapy. This is the bigger version which we took going back to Manila.

    Asian Spirit is a small airline. They fly several times a day in two plane sizes - small and very small!

    Fly from your country to Manila Int'l Airport, then transfer to the local airport [just a few minutes by car] to catch the plane to Caticlan Airport on Malay [an hour].

    Boat cost 20pesos per passanger from Caticlan to Boracay Island. There are always boat departs going to the island and back, thus you do not need to wait for long.

    Because Boracay is small it is possible to walk between most places you want to go to. If you do need a ride there are lots of these motorbike taxis around.
