As in most towns and cities in the provinces, tricycle is the main mode of transportation going around. I noticed that there is a tricycle terminal infront of the City Water District, just across the Central Plaza Mall, and beside the city hall.

It is most convenient to go to & around Balanga City in your own car/vehicle. From Metro Manila, drive through the Northern Luzon Expressway (NLEX); exit at Dau Toll Plaza; proceed to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX); exit at Dinalupihan; proceed to Roman Superhighway. To go inside the city proper, turn left at Balanga Petron Station from Roman Superhighway; drve through Capitol Drive to your destination.
