I was with a tour group when I went to visit Morong. But I talked with some locals and they said that you can get on a bus (Genesis or Bataan Transit with stations along EDSA, Cubao) with signboard Balanga. The common terminal in Balanga has minibuses and jeeps that go straight to Morong.

Local boatmen may be hired to bring you to other beaches or other sites where you'd like to snorkel. It is best to coordinate with your Resort so if anything untoward happens to you, at least the Manager would know where you went, and who brought you there.

going to morong from the city proper, Balanga, takes 2 hours in an ordinary bus, meaning, local transportation where no a/c available. you can feel the heat. and the road is long and winding passing along the uphill. no schedules are available. but the last trip is at 5 in the afternoon going back to Balanga. so if you really wanna enjoy the trip and experience night life in Morong, bring a car with you.

This little hatchling eagerly took off to the direction of the surf as soon as i let go of it on the edge of the sands in Morong. It was all I could do not to help it along. The center staff told us...
