Almost all resorts along the coast of Mabini offer scuba lessons. The rocky coastline make snorkelling the main activity if you are not a diver. If you are not on a budget you can rent their boat and crew for P6,000.00/hr. (Jan. 2006 price) they will take you anywhere you want to go. : )

The view makes the so-so food taste delicious! Their servings are generous and the local brewed coffee is very good.

Favorite Dish: The Batangas Tapa is good because the beef is fresh.

Long weekends and holidays find the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Star Highway all choked up with traffic as people from the Metro run like lemmings to the beaches of Batangas. Please make sure that you take this fact into consideration when you plan your trip. There are enough rest stops along the SLEX. But once you hit the Star Highway be prepared to answer the call of nature au naturelle! ; )

Eagle Point resort has no beach front where you can walk along the sand. You'll have to take the 20 min. boat-ride to Sepoc to be able to do that. As it is, you might get hurt on the sharp rocks along the coast of Mabini while you are snorkeling so be extra careful!
