i believe the best cruise would be with Riverwatch since at that time they had great food - squid, barbq, chicken, pansit, bangus, fruits (esp. manggang hilaw and bagoong), alot of kakanin, soup, etc. they charge 260 /person
So we end up doing the floating restaurant cruise on the Loboc River. The cost was P300 and included the trip and meal. The food was very good and I had a really wonderful experience. Along the way you will stop to watch some locals do some native singing and dancing. It was very entertaining.
At the dock where you pick the restaurant you want there is a public restroom. Now, as anyone who travels to the P.I. knows publice restrooms here are not always well equiped but this place was the exception. It was spotless, smelled good, well maintained and stocked and I give very high marks to the local government for taking care of this. I was told that of the P300 you pay for the trip that P50 goes to keeping the area maintained.
