    Hanging Bridge

It is made of bamboo that hangs across the Loboc River which is about 20 m long. Nothing fancy to see but the walk especially when it rains then it sways is real fun and very exciting. You can hear girls screaming trying to cross the bridge.

If you are adventurous try this one. You can cross the bridge in 15 minutes if you are in a hurry. There is a store on the other side where you can buy some pasalubong.

It was such fun crossing the hanging bridge. The bridge is secure & long. A donation is requested for the visitors. It is not only for tourist consumption but for the locals as well. They use the bridge to go to the other side. Nice for picture taking.

On your way back from the Chocolate hills, you will pass by the Sipatan Hanging bridge which is a bridge made of bamboo which crosses Loboc River (I think) to Sevilla (I think).

Nothing special, really. I just had fun teasing Joan, who was completely freaking out!

At the other end of the bridge is a coconut store (love ‘em bukos!), and some souvenir shops. During my mom’s trip to Bohol, she bought some stuff from these shops. And she proudly recounts how she haggled for their prices like her life depended on it. My mom’s the best!

scared as hell safety at the other end faking a smile

Entrance Fee is Free, just drop any amount to their donation box. You will get to see Buko King at the end of this bridge. Try also the "ginanggang na saging" for 5pesos.
