    BUSAY FALLS

Favorite thing: At the end of the downstream cruise, you will be taken to a small waterfalls, the Busay waterfalls. Not exactly fantastic, but still a good scenery to take your pictures. There are some who even take a dip and frolic under the cascading water.

    LOBOC RIVER KIDS

    LOOK AT THOSE TOURISTS

Favorite thing: To some it may amusing, but personally, I am totally against the antics of some kids who show off without due regard to their own safety. These kid would wait for the floating restaurants and "hitch a ride" by holding on the lower portion of the boat. It is extremely dangerous.

I know I could not do anything about these kids but please, if you will take the Loboc River cruise, do not patronize them. Do not even show any interest as they become more daring when they see that you are taking their pictures or videos. Worse, do not, please, throw money as they will surely go after it. Any kind of attention shown to them is a form of encouragement.

Call me a killjoy but I am just concerned with the safety of these kids.

I took some pictures of them as I was riding on an ordinary boat or not the floating restaurant. These kids ignore the ordinary boat.

    LOBOC RIVER
    4 more images

Favorite thing: Loboc River runs from the town of Loay to Loboc to the town of Sevilla. The river is a good indication of what the weather would be: if it is brown, it will rain and if it is green, it will be a sunny day. The river is at its opaque green in the town of Loboc as this is the part of the river where the salt water coming from Loay meets with the fresh water coming from Sevilla.

The river is generally calm. The river perfectly blends with the rich flora and mountains.

Fondest memory: The soothing and calming effect while cruising the river and enjoying the tranquil surrounding. In a completative mood, I remain quiet the whole trip. Otherwise, you could hear me singing during the entire cruise.
