f you died and went to fashion heaven, that heaven would look a lot like Island Girl -- the store is just right on the beach, after all, with a plethora of different resortwear accessories, sandals, and styles to help you look the part.
Island Girl doesn't sell your typical handicraft accessories with the same style from twenty years ago. The products are colorful and on-trend -- they even have necklaces and bracelets in oh-so-fashionable fluo colors. They sell resortwear but with a twist -- made from eco-friendly materials and in pocket-friendly prices, too.
Another great thing about Island Girl is that not only are their products made from either sustainable or recycled materials, they practice social responsibility by subcontracting underprivileged women to make these accessories, providing them the ability to earn extra income.

Tagbilaran City has two major shopping malls that you can go to if you would like to buy souvenirs for family and friends in Manila or anywhere else from your trip in Bohol. These malls have lots of souvenir shops, supermarkets and the actual department stores inside these have lots of Bohol items for sale. Although in my opinion, prices in the Island City Mall are cheaper than BQ’s. Their supermarket is bigger and the souvenir snacks we bought from their supermarket are a little cheaper than the ones we bought in BQ Mall’s supermarket. Although for items like shirts, bags, hats and other stuff, BQ has a lot more choices than Island City. But Island City Mall has a souvenir shop in front of “Chowking” that sells shirts, pillows or bags that are cheaper than the once sold in BQ. In terms of location, BQ Mall is located in the actual downtown area, so you can see a lot more while you’re in there. While Island City Mall is a little far off.
