Bus Schedules from Tuguegarao going to Ilocos Region (via GMW Buses) and Metro Manila (via Florida Bus & Victory Liner).
Beware of riding the Shuttles plying around. They usually don't bring you to your destination or pull over somewhere and wait for more passengers.

Buses going to Cagayan Valley are available on schedule basis.
There are 2 big bus companies plying these route- the Victory Liner in Kamias and Pasay, and Florida Bus Lines in Cubao and Sampaloc. They got most of the trips at night since it is a 12 hour bus run.
You can also choose which type of bus you prefer for a more comfortable ride. These 2 bus companies offer a wide-seat sit which you can recline and the bus is equipped with toilet, which they called "super de luxe" . It was my first time to spot a "sleeper" bus from Florida Liner, it's actually a double-decker type of bus and usually on a night trip.
Buses going to Aparri, Claveria and Sta. Ana can also be found. Also, GMW buses going to Vigan in Ilocos Sur. For Schedules from Tuguegarao, check my other page here on VT. =)

Take the Victory bus at the Kamias station. The fare to Tuguegarao is 671 pesos. It's a 12 hour bus ride and for us it was even longer because our destination was the town of Tuao. Tuao is a few towns away from Tuguegarao City and about an hour's drive. Because the trip is very, very long, it is advisable to take the overnight trip. That way you'll be sleeping most of the time. The return fare from Tuguegarao to Manila is 623 also via Victory.
I was advised to take the Florida Bus Lines sleeper bus. Which is more comfortable (because you can recline your seat all the way!) and faster than Victory. The fare is about 1,000 pesos ++ but well worth it. Too bad we opted not to take it because of time constraints.

I'm amazed at how well built these jeepneys are. They can carry quite a load and their suspension system seems to withstand all that we normally wouldn't even let our 4wd's go through. We went everywhere in the jeep and all our rafts and kayaks and food and everything came with us and were placed in racks on the roof.

Very comfortable bus that has only 3 seats to a row. Best choice for this 10-hr trip. The bus has a comfort room, too!
