This is probably the best bar in bicol. Good bands hi tech lights and sounds system. Warm and lively atmosphere. Sound proofed establishment feels like you're in a recording studio. This place makes you feel as if you're in your own party. Nightly gigs featuring the best of local and Manila bands. Truly a place you'll never forget.

Dress Code: Smart Casual. tank tops and slippers are discouraged.

View from Mercedes CN Pier

If you wish to catch how local fishermen conduct their business, come to the fish port (pantalan) in the morning. You have to whisper your bid to the agent for 1 tub of several kilos of fish. It was fun to watch, but the smell is a little overpowering.
