Kolkay's Maldito Dive Resort: Good place to start, end or spend the night!

    by CEP1863 Written Mar 12, 2015

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

If you are looking to enjoy what Malapascua has to offer in terms of nightlife, then it is worth paying a visit to Kolkoys on Logon Beach. The presence of pool tables, dart board and a table football game give the place a bit of a "pub-like" feel and the cushioned area makes it easy to kick back and relax. There is also ample seating outside on the beach as well as a dining area inside.

This is the place where groups of divers usually meet up for a beer or two. For those brave enough or foolhardy enough you can enjoy the local rum with their own Rum and Coke IQ Special. Bizarrely the stronger the drink, the cheaper it gets with prices at 60 PHP for a single, 50 PHP for a double and 40 PHP for a treble!

    Oscar's: Wide range of cocktails

    by CEP1863 Updated Mar 7, 2015

Oscar's bar is situated above Thresher Shark Divers on Bounty Beach. It's rooftop terrace provides lovely views of the ocean and it attracts a lovely sea breeze. From 16:00 - 20:00 Oscar's has its Happy Hour with buy one, get one free on a huge number of cocktails. The list is extensive and you are spoilt for choice, measures are generous and it is a good place to start the night.

The only thing that would be nice would be to have a couple of alcohol free cocktails on the drinks menu also.

Dress Code: Casual clothes - shorts and T-shirt are "de rigueur".

Sunsplash bar and resto: a drink goes a loooong way

    by rain_forest Written Jan 10, 2008

There are a lot of restaurants and bars that's open at night. Most of them are owned by foreigners with Filipino counterparts. So the menu varies caters from Asian to European palate. There are some distinctly Pinoy spot with videoke and san miguel beer and pulutan. In sunsplash, the food is a little bit expensive but one order can feed 2-3 peeps, if you're not that hungry, anyway.

Dress Code: casual wear. Wear slippers with your shorts and sexy top.

happy hour! buy one-take one drinks! In Sunsplash with friends and drinks pool all-you-can beef thai fried rice
