One of the nice restaurants in Cebu, most of the customers here are those who can afford since they have a little bit of expensive prices but they offer the best local filipino foods! I like their fresh lumpia here;-)

i couldn't claim that they offer the best ribs since i already gave that commendation to La maison. but it still tastes real good...and for only average price.relaxing ambience baby back ribs
Larshan is a smorgasbord of barbequed food.... from pork, chicken, and chorizo. barbequed chorizo
opens at 7pm...buffet dinner is at Php125/pax...EXcluding drinks and dessert everything is good....
