What makes it special is the price, if you know how to bargain, you could really buy some good finds at really low prices, esp the local products of Banaue like wood products and cloths.
What to buy: Wood carvings are of great value, and really cheap as its the main source of living of local people.
I like to buy always the multicolored, Ethnic inspired wallets, it goes as low as 10pesos. Washable and very durable.
What to pay: couple of hundred pesos
