Backpack w/ Nametag

Luggage and bags: Backpack is very convenient compared to trolley bag; beltbag is easier and safer to use for keeping your wallet, cellphone and even a small camera compared to sling/shoulder/clutch bag. (Be sure to put a name tag on your backpack.)

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: I recommend Crocs/Tribu/Sandugo or your favorite sandals/flipflops with good traction. I don't recommend rubbershoes (heavy & bulky!). Dry-fit apparel is best but if you don't have, bring a lot of light cotton shirts or sleeveless blouses that you can just roll into your bags. (You'll surely soak with perspiration touring the places so you might want to change tops.) Wear shorts/capri pants made of light or dry-fit material. Oh ladies, you can bring extra bra and disposable panties too. For the kids, bring a lot of sando-type shirts and towelettes.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring basic first aid medicines for headache, fever, colds, diarrhea, hyperacidity and allergy. A few band-aid plaster strips would be good to bring too. For those with special health needs, bring your maintenance medicines as it might be hard to see a pharmacy when you need it, besides, medicines might be more expensive. For diabetics, bring your "first aid foods" like juice. cookies and/or chocolate (M&M's really don't melt in your pocket). A small insect repellent lotion/spray and alcohol would come in handy.

Photo Equipment: Depending whether you're pro or amateur photographer, bring your favorite camera, a monopod (it's less bulky than tripod) and a few filters; for point & shoot users, just your pocket digital camera.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: swimwear if you're going swimming in Pagudpud

Miscellaneous: Have enough cash because not all restaurants and resorts/hotels accept credit cards.
