Miscellaneous: Unlike other places here in the Philippines where one could easily buy a mobile phone load (ie tiangge, clinics, offices, parlor shops where staffs/employees sell prepaid loads), I noticed it doesn't apply in Vigan.
So be sure that your mobile phone have enough load before the day ends. Or carry prepaid cards with you in case you need to call somewhere anytime.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Just light clothing during dry season.

Hat/caps especially for your kids.
A folding umbrella if you feel like bringing one.
Good walking shoes/slippers.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Wet tissues. A must if you've got your kids with you.
Miscellaneous: Bottled water.

Luggage and bags: It's best to go around as light as possible, a hardy reliable backpack will be great.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Very good walking shoes with rubber soles is best when touring Vigan, especially for irregular flat paved roads and cobblestone streets. Bring your comfortable rubber slippers to give your feet time to breathe :-)
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Most toiletries and medicines are available in local supermarkets and grocery stores. Bring your own prescription drugs.
Photo Equipment: Batteries for high power digital equipment may be hard to find, bring your own or use a re-chargeable one.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Not necessary, as most hotels are not very expensive. No known camping grounds in the city.
Miscellaneous: A portable, foldable, umbrella with be most useful when touring as it can take a few hours. Always bring a fan to fan-cool you down and a small bottle of water.

Luggage and bags: A backpack is ideal. Have a small bag to hold your camera, shades, towel (in case you perspire) and some cash.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Wear something light. A light-coloured shirt, a pair of shorts or pedal pushers and walking sandals are the best.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring your tissue, sunscreen lotion and a water bottle when touring Vigan. Beat the heat of the sun with an umbrella.

Luggage and bags: travel light.. everything can be found/ bought there...
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: use cotton material clothes since it can get so warm during the mid-day tours..
Comfortable slippers or sneakers..
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: hair conditioner - the direct heat of the sun can pretty much damage your hair
Miscellaneous: nose mask for the tricycle smoke belchers!

Luggage and bags: a comfy backpack and dailypack to wander around the city. make sure you can put the mineral water bottle easily in the dailypack and take it anytime whenever you need it.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: light and comfy trainers are necessary since all of these tourist spots are within walking distance. and light cotton tee-shirt since the weather is so hot. added with hat.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: toilet paper can be added into your list and medicine to avoid headache caused by too much sunlight.
