2nd time in vigan but my 1st time to see this

    by sweet_sentiments Written Nov 24, 2004

Favorite thing: i enjoy looking at fast food chains and stores in their ala-vigan architecture........ but i suggest you go here during the off peak season....... because the first time i went here was during "mahal na araw" (holy week) and there were tiangge everywhere......

the 2nd time i visited the place was in october and i was surprised to see that there was a monument in the middle of plaza salcedo....... we weren't able to see that during my first visit because of stores everywhere......

Fondest memory: i know this is mushy but my fondest memory is to finally show my special someone how pretty vigan is (he was in the u.s. during my first vigan visit)..............
