If you have inquiries.., quest for the right guy. .. Mr. Policeman. They do their job by heart. It's so disappointing to find out that trYk dRivers and some people (there..grrr..!) fool even their fellow Ilokanos. I asked my cousin to accompany us to Vigan to be safer.. but still.. ggrrrr...1. The buses charge the same rate in transpo fare .. good. When we got off the bus to Vigan tryks were there waiting for passengers .. so there.. we asked one manong tryk driver to take us to Baluarte (a JUngle PArk owned by Chavit Sinsgson). The guy was like unsure of the rate he's charging us. He even spoke to my cousin in Ilokano and finally settled with P60. He said the place was rather far even if it's still in Vigan proper... we okayED. blablablah.. it's far.
