They have airconditioned & ordinary buses. They also give fare discounts to students & senior citizens (just present your ID). If you have plans to go to the barrios in Kalinga, you can take a jeepney. Just ask around, and they'll show you where. There are jeepneys going to Bontoc, Balbalan, Lubuagan, Pasil, Rizal, Pinukpuk, Conner-Apayao. Get ready for rough dirt roads, and watch out for chickens and even live pigs as road companions... I'm not joking! But then again, enjoy the scenery-rice terraces, waterfalls, rivers, stomach-lurching cliffs, and green mountains!
