Tacsiyapo is a regional philippine word (kapangpangan dialect) that roughly means "you suck" and is the most famous destination here in isdaan restaurant since there is a big wall where you can hurl any type of object (like a saucer plate or a glass or a cup or a radio and even a television set!) as long as you pay for the object you will throw in the wall. prices of the items vary and the staff even recommend that you thing of someone or something that wronged you while you are throwing the object you bought to be smashed at the wall!!!!! talk about anger management issues!

opens 10:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday

prices vary on which items you would buy and then smash it at the tacsiyapo wall!

They offer free boat rides to restaurant patrons from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm everyday and you just tip the boatman 20 pesos per person for the 30 minute ride along the Isdaan complex. Hey, isdaaan is a things to do tip too since the sprawling restaurant is a destination in itself due to the various attractions inside like playing area for kids and the tacsiyapo area and various dioramas and statues.

Isdaan means fishery in Tagalog. This big and sprawling restaurant is it's second branch after the first one opened in Gerona in Talac Province (see my gerona tips) . It is owned by the family that made barrio fiesta restaurant a byword in the Philippines and one of the members is even a philippine actress. This huge restaurant cum fishpond cum amusement park sits at the National Highway in Calauan town. There are many carvings and different themes along this 5 hectare restaurant and they even have a stream going along it where you can travel via their native boats.

fun ok to the stream the boat station ride now
