Canlubang has never been so commercialised. at least not the old Canlubang. The Barangay is divided into lots of interesting Barrios, and they serve Halo Halo almost the whole year, with growing menu from Siopao, to Pancit, Chicharons and softdrinks with the old bottling package. We do a lot of bBBQ in the afternoon, especially during summmer break when every student wants to get the taste of a summer job by fanning the charcoals as they BBQ, fix the halo-halo or mais con yelo.
Favorite Dish: 1. halo halo at Tatlong Butas
2. Wonderboy spicy cheese Chips
3. Orange Chicharons
4. Tira tira ( sugar sticks )
5. Big Boy ( chewing gum )
If youre looking for a affordable and alright hang-out place after a hard week Kalsada bar is an alternative. It has a diverse crowd, from big belly drinkin men to nurses, college students and mga bakla. It's not a big place, but the interior makes the mood sort of chilled out and cozy. They have a really amusing theme, KALSADA. I think the live bands are on the weekends, and there's stand up comedies on weekdays. Alright place, GREAT PRICES, drink your guts out..
