Shop & Dine At Paseo De Santa Rosa

by nimato Updated Mar 27, 2007

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Paseo De Santa Rosa is a commercial center away from the city center with clusters of two-storey buildings housing different shops (Nike, Adidas, Speedo, etc.) and restaurants (Japanese, Korean, etc.), including the clean country market.

    Enchanted Kingdom

Enchanted Kingdom is a theme park with seven themes/zones:

    1. Victoria Park. A charming place but with only one ride, the Grand Carousel. This zone is nearest the entrance gate.

    2. Midway Boardwalk. The zone with the most rides: Anchors Away, Dodgem, Roller Skater, Bump N' Splash and Wheel Of Fate. The Condor, claimed by many extreme 'riders' as the most exciting ride in the park, has been idle for years already! HELLO ENCHANTED KINGDOM!!!

    3. Portabello. This is where my favorite Rio Grande Rapids ride is located. A great chance to get wet so be sure to bring extra clothings (including undies!). Its other attactions are the Flying Fiesta, Extreme Paintball and the 4D Discovery Theater. The last two charge additional fees.

    4. Brooklyn Place. Site of the Rialto, a motion-simulator theater that will make you feel like you're in the movie you're watching. One negative point though: it's not something that will make you come back because they're playing the same thing - the Yogi Bear race movie. Argh!

    5. Jungle Outpost. This Amazon-inspired zone has the challenging Jungle Log Jam and the boring Swan Lake rides.

    6. Boulderville. Prehistoric-themed zone with kiddie rides: Dinosaurs, Stone Eggs and Bumbling Boulders.

    7. Spaceport. Without the Condor, the most mind-boggling, tummy-thumping and lung-pounding ride is the Space Shuttle located in this zone. I love this ride, the country's first and only triple-loop coaster.

Enchanted Kingdom- theme park where one can experience the thrill and excitements

Park is subdivided into 7 zones (Victoria Park, Portabello, Spaceport, Jungle Outpost, Brooklyn Place, Boulderville and Midway Boardwalk).

Never miss the Rio Grande Rapids ride (at Portabello) where each one is thrilled and swayed down the bumps and wild curves of the rapids. However, be sure to have a towel and extra shirt for I am gonna be sure that you wont miss the water splashing you wet.

Fireworks display are shown before the them park closes at night.

    Recommended for all ages.

brooklyn place park zone in EK

this is the place to take a sentimental journey down the streets of Brooklyn, one of New York's five boroughs, as it was in the 1940's. you can reminisce the bygone years of silent movies and slapstick comedies as entertainers parade down the cobblestone street...awesome view..feels like your in America haha..

    4D - Discover Theater

4D discovery theater / wheel of fate

horror movie fans are in for a different kind of experience in this 30-seater theater equipped with a special screen for three-dimensional images and a chair that lets the viewer experience sensory effects. 4D Discovery Theater's initial film, when we get there, is a horror feature titled "Escape from Bane Manor," with sensory effects for the viewer such as wind blowing, leg tickling and water spraying. it is the haunting story of an old man recalling his encounter with all sorts of ghosts and goblins in a grand victorian castle. its feels like your in the film..really!!! the people queing in line for this attraction is very long during peak hours so its almost impossible to have a second try..so you better try it first thing in the morning!!! its really a great addition to the attractions in EK.. and be reminded that it has a separate admission fee..
