-Masbate City has no electrical power every Saturday (from 8AM - 5PM - Year 2011 until further notice)
-The hotel staff informed that this is due to the transfer of electrical service to a new electrical company in Masbate
-They do not know when the transformation will be finished and for the meantime Masbate City will out of power every Saturday
-Good thing, some hotels run generators - this is a major consideration to ask when booking a hotel in Masbate during weekends
