just a small restaurant just like a carinderia with a waiter. air conditioned in the 2nd floor. i believe this is popular here, had lunch and dinner, they never ran out of customers. reasonable priced.
imitated max's fried chicken, but the original tastes better. i like the sizzling beef caldereta. their crispy pata is also good.

we took a halo halo merienda after a humid day work at the public market. halo halo is made up of ice mixed with milk, ice cream, pinipig, ube, banana, gelatin, beans etc. halo halo in english is variety. it was invented to beat the heat in the Philippines. seen some foreign tourists around. other local delicacies also available.
