Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: sunglasses
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: sunblock lotion and moisturizer -- THIS IS A MUST
paracetamol,
mefenamic acid,
cotton,
betadine or any antiseptic for wounds,
bandaids,
*take bonamine before riding the boat as it can really get rough on the seas especially if the waves are big
Miscellaneous: Food & beverage are very expensive at White Beach, PG. I recommend that you buy your own mineral/distilled water (4L or 6L) at the nearest grocery or convenient store before heading to PG.

Luggage and bags: Ziplocs and extra plastic bags for wet clothing (or for barfing on the boat)
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: aqua shoes... sunglasses... caps or hats
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: anti-dizzy meds for seasickness, pack sachets of shampoo, comditioner, moisturizer/lotion insect repellent, facial wash or feminine wash instead of bringing bottles so that your bag won't be too heavy and you can just throw it away before checking out of the hotel/inn.
Photo Equipment: battery charger!
Miscellaneous: Some porters at the Batangas Pier will advise you to buy bottled water before boarding the ferry coz it's more expensive at Puerto Galera. Check with your inn/hotel/apartelle if they provide towels and toiletries so you can pack less and make room for pasalubongs. There's an Allied Bank branch with ATM only at Muelle until 8 pm only.

Luggage and bags: I prefer backpacks. Leave your mega-purses behind.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Actually theres no need to bring clothes because there are stores selling these. From underwear to pants--name it.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring emergency medicines. Toiletries are sold at Sari-sari stores.
Photo Equipment: Bring a lot of batteries or better, a charger. Bring your best camera ever especially if you plan to do some island hopping.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bikini, sarong, board shorts.
