What To Do In White Beach, Puerto Galera

by Jeanniche

1.) During Off peak season, the prices of accommodation at White Beach is pretty cheap. If you're into a budget trip, then try NIPA HUT LODGING. The room is clean and is closest to the ocean. It is air-conditioned, has its own private bathroom, cable TV and the room is good for 4 person. It will only cost you 500-800php during off season. 2.) Ask for an early morning Island Hopping Tour and Snorkeling. You'll get to see the whole island.3.) Snorkeling cost about 500php each. Rented boats can take you as far as the Coral Cave - so-called THE AQUARIUM - you can feed the fish underwater. Don't forget to bring BREAD and DISPOSABLE UNDERWATER CAMERA (you can buy it in WB). Also, don't every try to bring CORALS or CLAMS with you back in the island because it's illegal.4.) You can also request for CLAM HUNTING at A. Locsin Property near Coral Cave.5.) Try the Banana Boat - only if you're...

Overall, tamaraw has the appearance of being a cross between an anoa and a mainland water buffalo. The tamaraw was first documented by Western science in 1888. Prior to about 1900, most people had avoided settling on Mindoro, since it harbored a particularly virulent strain of malaria. With the advent of anti-malarial medicines, Mindoro...
